It's been forever since I've been on here . So let's get cracking shall we ?

I went to Napa (Ccs)last month and picked up some good stuff ! 

Smash box lip liners which are the ish . Where have I been that I didn't know these were around .

Retail $20  Ccs $14

Great deal right ? Super pigmented soft but not to soft . 

Colors I got are From the top  Frenchie ,Fuchsia ,Figgy ,Crimson ,violet.

Next I got only one lipstick which is a shocker cause I always buy three or more. 

M.A.C $17 Ccs $11.25

In the color Fusion Pink 

Next I got three Estée Lauder stay-on shadow paint 

Estée Lauder $24 Ccs $17

From left to right colors are neon Fuchsia,Pink Zinc, Extreme Emerald 

Last but definitely not least is a MAC extra Dimension skin finish powder.

MAC $32 Ccs $20.50 🙀

Wow right ? The color is Fairly Precious 

A stunner for sure .

My last trip out too Napa was not as good as this trip . Sometimes it's hit or miss .

I had a good time and would go back . I hope this was helpful .

Better late then never .....

I know it's been awhile but as the holidays are upon us and my birthday I'll try to be better about my posts . Okay now let's get down to business!  My birthday just past and I got so pretty sweet stuff

from gift cards and family members . So I'm super stoked to show you . 

Ulta was having buy one get one 50% off so I got 2 of everything that I really wanted.

Big set of real techniques brushes are Nic's Picks which were $29.99 .

Next was the duo-fiber collection they were $19.99.

The retraction lip brushes were $5.99.

And last but not least was the Silicon liner brush which were $5.99

So I saved about $34 bucks . 

Which to me is a lot compared to M.A.C brushes, Inglot, Lancôme, and Sigma. (I own these brushes I'm naming which I'm kicking my self for paying the price I paid )

These are great for the price and quality. I have all the sets for Real Techniques brushes .

No joke . The duo fibers are my third set and the eye liner brushes are my third set also . 

The cost of one of these sets is the cost of one brush at MAC .

So yeah ... Anywho I just wanted to share till next time 

Hair mask for dat hair?

So I know it's been a minute but I'm back with a dyi hair mask . 

Things you will need are 

3 or 4 avocado's depending on how much hair you have and the length of hair.

1 bowel to mix this stuff in 

1 tsp of honey 

2 tbs of Argan oil 

1 shower cap ( shopping bag )

1warm towel (optional ) 

  

This is my favorite Argan oil 

Mix the stuff up till smooth .  

Section off your hair so you can evenly spread it out 

See what happens when you get too lazy to make sure it's smooth you

Get chucks like this ! Don't be lazy . 

Okay use a shower cap ( or with a plastic bag) to cover you head 

Okay this hair mask should take an hour , but if you don't have an hour here is a cheat

Get a towel throw it in the dryer till it's nice and warm and wrap it over the cap that's on your

Head .

See ! Okay after your thirty mins wash out with shampoo and conditioner.

So fresh and so clean ! And that's it style as you wish ! 

I do this ones a month cause once every two weeks is to much for me to remember lol.

Sexy hair ! Okay lady's try it out your hair will thank you

Maybelline The Elixir Say what ?

Okay for some reason I'm one a lip product fetish ! That's all I've been buying it seems latly . 

Okay I have to show you this meme before we move forward . I seen it on goggle and laugh so hard 

Lmao ! ( okay okay I know I'm a dork but I had to share couldn't help it ) 

Okay on to the main event ! Maybelline has these new lip Elixir ! And omg the packaging is super cute! 

Very chic if I do say so my self . Top pic from left to right is Signature scarlet 020, fuchsia 075, and Rasberry Rhapsody 030 ( yes the purple one is named Rasberry rhapsody ! Some one was color blind when they picked that name or just dumb idk  your guess is as good as mine ) 

Okay well let's start with the bad first ! They are sheer like super sheer . The bright color in the tub is not what color pay off you get on your lips ! Very sticky , I don't like the applacater , the smell is weird !

Fuchsia Flourish 075 (three coats ) 

Raspberry Rhapsody 030 (four coats and it still looks like a lite pink ) 

Signature Scarlet 020 (three coats ) 

Good points it's kinda build able kinda only on the scarlet , and last long on the lips, they are great to top over lipsticks but that's it

So besides cute packaging It's pretty much a bust . Will not be repurchasing for sure . 

Was kinda sad had high hopes for these colors but that's why you should never fall for cute

Revlon Lacquer and Matte balms

Hey lady's ! Well nothing like going in to CVS to just pick up one thing and walk out with five more things lol. Today is about these balms I've been hearing so much about and thought I would give them a try . I've  got three colors today two lacquer balms and one matte . 

From left to right Ingenue 145,Flirtatious 125, and Sultry sulfureuse 225 .

Okay the lacquer balms are not all created equal . What I mean by that is some are highly pigmented and some are sheer . Which is kinda a bummer . Lasting power is good not great . The mint smell I love and the tingling feeling is fine I guess doesn't really bother me . The thing I don't like about them is the glitter flakes ! You don't really notice them till you up close and after time the glitter settles in the lines of your lips . Which is not cute . 

Flirtatious 125 (two coats)

Ingenue 145 (three coats ) 

Now on to the matte ! I was so impressed with the matte super smooth and pigmented didn't dry out my lips and was refreshing ( the mint sent and tingle ) . Lasting was about the same as the lacquer and the best part no glitter ! 

Sultry 225(one coat ) 

So for sure I'm going to buy all the matte colors ! No lacquers not my cup of tea ! 

Once I get all the matte color I'll upload photos and swatches . Thanks for stoping by its

NYX Butter gloss

It's been awhile ! But I'm back ready to share my thoughts on some lippy products 💋!

NYX Butter gloss are smooth cream looking colors with dessert names that are über cute . 

The three I have to talk about are (from left to right ) Tiramisu BLG07,Peach Cobbler BLG06,

and Peaches and Cream BLG03. 

Tiramisu is my fave because it is a great nudie color for my skin tone . (Tan/olive is my color skin tone . Summer I'm tan winter I'm olive ) they are a little sheer but you can build them up . Good points I love the dome applacater, They smell sweet, they are build able,the cream finish is great , and a little goes along way.

Now the bad points if you want to build up the color you have to wait to put on the second coat . Because if not it will look tacky in some spots , it is a gloss so if you wear your hair down your hair will be attracted to it like like girls to Starbucks ! 

The way to fix the bad points ! (Wait time is like a min or two till you can put on the second coat which does not bother me I just do some thing to pass the time like put on my shoes or what ever then apply the second coat.) So what you can do for both bad points is add a lose powder to your lips ! So what you do is add the first coat and then use a lip brush and pat the lose powder on the lips then add the second coat (please tap off the exs powder before applying to lips ) . Now for the stickiness when your done apply loose powder to the last coat to reduce the stickiness and your ready to go !

These glosses will be great on top of a nude lipstick as well .

Las Vegas CCO and CCS

Well me and my hubby had a trip to Las Vegas for his birthday . Also was able to get some shopping in. (Like you didn't seen that coming ) I have to say I was thinking the cco and ccs would be huge ! 

But said to say it was small and not much of a selection . But this is what I got that I couldn't get here in Cali . 

Dark Dare and lunar  I payed $17.75 retail $21

Double wear ivory lace and Mochachino I payed $13 retails $16

Hypnose Doll lashes I payed $11.25 retail $27 

Clinque makeup remover I payed $14.50 retails for $18 

Name brand try your hardest to not pay full price lady's . You can save money !
